Job Description
Lead the strategy and execution of testing in software projects, define test plans, scope, estimates, and QA schedules, and manage critical defects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems, Electronics, Industrial, or related field
- Mandatory certification ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development projects
- Proven experience in 2 software projects as a QA specialist
- Strong knowledge of the complete QA cycle and test management
- Leadership and coordination capabilities with multiple teams
- High analytical, prioritization, and quality focus skills
