Job Description
Monitoring Support Engineer Senior to monitor Magento based sites alerts and handle incidents using Monitoring / Logging / Alerting systems, Linux Servers, and AWS. Proficient in Splunk, NAGIOS, NewReliq, and Dynatrace.
Requirements
- Monitor Magento based sites alerts
- Extensive experience with Monitoring / Logging / Alerting systems
- Linux Servers experience
- Very familiar with the command line
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, ESB)
- Experience understanding and handling incidents/situations
- Process/Document Oriented
- Understand the Escalation chain
- Experience using Problem and Incident Management Solutions
- Intellectual curiosity to pursue the unknown and to continuously learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and a desire to work in a team-based environment
