Job Description
Lead a Scrum team of engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with the Product Team to create new products from scratch and develop software applications with a focus on stability, scalability, security, and performance.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of development experience in high-volume, SAAS platforms
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred) as a technical lead or manager
- Proven experience leading teams in building scalable, robust, secure, and cloud-based software applications
