Job Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for customer engagement, process modelling and implementation of approved customer workflows and data designs within capabilities managed and delivered within Enterprise Technology System Program Office (ETSPO). They will also be responsible for engaging with the delivery team to ensure customer requirements and priorities are well understood and expectations on both sides are appropriately managed.
Requirements
- Gather, document, communicate and manage business and technical requirements.
- Model moderately complex business processes.
- Work with other business analysts and product owners to ensure applications are fit for purpose, tested and accepted.
- Codification of developed knowledge to enable knowledge transfer to ASD contractors and employees.
