The ICT Services Branch is responsible for supporting all ICT systems and infrastructure excluding the primary business applications such as SAP CRM and Salesforce CRM.
Job Description
The Cloud Desktop Engineer will design, develop, and implement the agency's End User Computing platforms and services projects, working collaboratively with ICT Operations and the agency more broadly. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing End User Computing services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior technical role relating to cloud platforms, including delivery of new services and ongoing maintenance
- Experience in Intune, Microsoft 365 services, and Microsoft Azure
- Recent experience in and knowledge of contemporary ICT management and governance, frameworks, and methodologies
- Understanding of the ACSC Information Security Manual (ISM) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
- Demonstrated high-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
