Job Description
The EL1 Cyber Security Risk Specialist is responsible for leading and conducting risk assessments of NDIA internal systems and assessing risk from external connections, developing IT security standards, and supporting the business in compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements
- Australian Citizens residing in Australia with the ability to obtain NV1 Clearance
- Contract start date: 4 December 2023 to 12 months, with 12 months extensions
- Ability to obtain NV1 Clearance
- Experience with Australian Government governance concepts with a focus on ICT, policy/standards development, documentation of frameworks, and assisting in the reporting to Senior Executive
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor and provide expertise within a team environment and engage with internal/external stakeholders confidently
