Senior IT Systems Analyst (Multiple)

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join their team. The team is responsible for providing digital services to support the business and operating environment of the department.

Requirements

• Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts and elicit requirements
• Produce analysis and design documentation such as high level and detailed requirements, business process maps, user stories, and user interface specifications
• Map current and future state business processes
• Lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide assistance in the planning and management of user acceptance activities
• Support projects undertaken in line with DTA processes and the Departments digital delivery model
