Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at a high technology based company. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for driving, negotiating and finalizing various agreements, providing legal advice, and managing outside counsel. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, 5-7 years of experience in a technology company, and expertise in commercial counsel, licensing, and data protection laws.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 5-7 years of working experience within a technology company
- Commercial counsel experience
- Experience working with government customers and familiar with FAR and DFAR Provisions
- Negotiation skills with external and internal stakeholders
- Prior global business working experience
