IT Support Technician position at So'One Agency of Belfort, providing technical assistance to clients and employees, and managing customer relationships. The role involves receiving user requests, analyzing and resolving incidents, and accompanying users in the use of their equipment and business applications.
Requirements
- Self-taught and passionate about IT
- Higher education in computer science (e.g. Bac Pro SEN, BTS SIO, or DUT networks and telecommunications)
- Language: Portuguese
- Technical knowledge: mastery of the Windows environment (Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server)
- Network, Helpdesk
- Knowledge of databases: SQL Server / MYSQL, Oracle
