We are looking for a Head Chef to join our team at Soho House Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4+ years of experience in a similar volume-based business, with a genuine passion for food and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage stressful situations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4+ years' experience working in a similar volume-based business
• Experienced in training and leading team as well as production of large quantity food and preparation
• Genuine passion for food and guest satisfaction
• Time management, organisation and admin skills
• Resilient and capable of managing stressful situations
• Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
