The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining the food and beverage operation and delivering exceptional service standards at Soho House. The role involves leading a floor team, managing daily operations, and upholding Soho House service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm under pressure
- Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service, and respectful towards colleagues and guests
- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and autonomously
