Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in business development within the remittance or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of remittance market dynamics, regulatory compliance, and industry trends
• Proven track record of building a pipeline within sectors and converting those connections into new business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
