Requirements

• Limited permit in the state of NY
• MHC-LP, LMSW, MSW, LPCC, MFTC, LISW credentials
• Experience providing treatment to adult, young adult, and adolescent populations
• Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
