Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in HVAC, plumbing, and building controls systems to oversee multiple commercial and industrial mechanical projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- Manage multiple HVAC, plumbing, and controls projects concurrently
- Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower planning
- Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Track project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Attend project meetings and provide status updates to leadership and clients
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Oversee change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and code requirements
- Support project closeout activities including punch lists, as-builts, and O&M manuals
