Director of FP&A

As a Director, FP&A at Solace, you will own the planning and performance engine of the business, building and running Solace's financial planning cadence across revenue, headcount, and spend. You'll partner with leaders across Solace to build the muscle of planning and hold the line on rigor without slowing the company down.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a high-performance operating environment
• Ideally with experience partnering closely with senior leaders and building planning processes in a fast-growing company
• Applicants must be based in the United States
