Requirements

• 3-6+ years of paid social experience, with recent, hands-on ownership of 7-figure Meta accounts
• Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns toward real business outcomes
• Deep understanding of tracking and measurement
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in lead gen, healthcare, insurance, or other high-consideration funnels
