Requirements
- Design and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel
- Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, compelling, and high-converting experiences
- Rapidly generate, test, and iterate on concepts based on data, user behavior, and experimentation
- Partner closely with growth, marketing, product, and engineering to launch and refine experiments that drive measurable impact
- Identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities across the funnel - and proactively propose solutions
- Balance speed and craft - knowing when to ship fast and when to refine for maximum impact
- Contribute to and evolve a performance-minded design system that supports rapid experimentation without sacrificing brand quality
- Ensure high-quality implementation and consistency across all touchpoints
