Partnership Marketing Manager

Solace is a Series C startup that cuts through the complexity of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes. The Partnership Marketing Manager will own the co-marketing strategy and execution for Solace's growing portfolio of partners, building scalable processes and playbooks that enable consistent, high-quality partner activations across a diverse portfolio.

Requirements

• 4-6 years blend of experience in partnership marketing, co-marketing, performance marketing, and/or account management on the agency side
• Proven ability to build and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
• Strong project management skills
• Experience developing and evaluating co-marketing campaigns across a mix of digital channels
• Exceptional written communication skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Consumer marketing experience required, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Experience evaluating campaigns and making optimization recommendations
• A bias for action
