Recruiting Specialist

We're building a team of exceptional Recruiting Specialists to help us scale our clinical hiring process, conducting up to 14 Zoom interviews per day with warm inbound candidates, assessing basic eligibility, and scheduling qualified individuals for next-step interviews with Senior Recruiters.

Requirements

• Conduct up to 14 Zoom-based screening calls per day with inbound candidates
• Assess key fit criteria including licensure, availability, and baseline qualifications
• Deliver a clear, compelling overview of the opportunity and what to expect next
• Expertly explain the onboarding process and set the stage for what to expect once they join Solace
• Decisively choose to hire or reject candidates based on whether they can and will do the job as intended
