Job Description
Solace is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join a talented team and independently own their product workflow. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable services and APIs. Solace is a healthcare advocacy marketplace focused on connecting patients with expert advocates and helping them navigate their healthcare system. They are a rapidly growing, lean startup backed by prominent investors.
Requirements
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- 5+ years of relevant experience in backend development with some frontend exposure
- Strong fundamentals in API design, database architecture, and distributed systems
- Expertise in Typescript/Node and backend frameworks
- Comfort with React and frontend technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Extreme bias toward action
