Senior People Partner

We are looking for a highly operational and people-focused Senior People Partner to help scale manager effectiveness, organizational health, and performance infrastructure at Solace.

Requirements

• Experience operating within high-growth organizations and scaling People programs
• Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience
• Experience building and running performance management processes
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, organizational complexity, and sensitive employee situations
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
• Excellent judgment and ability to balance employee experience with business needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across teams
• Experience partnering closely with executives and cross-functional leadership
