Solance is a new fintech company that provides financial services to clients with complex corporate structures. The Head of Product will define and own the product vision & strategy, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to translate the company's vision and strategy into a product roadmap. The role requires a highly entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and experience in fintech, payments, or crypto.
Requirements
- Define and continuously refine Solance's product vision, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategy and target client segments.
- Build, lead, and develop the product function, establishing ways of working that enable speed, ownership, and accountability across the team.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring that product development is structured, prioritised, and aligned with business impact.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user needs, translating these into product features that deliver real value.
- Ensure that product decisions support key performance indicators, balance client needs with pricing strategy and operational efficiency, and work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure that all product developments are aligned with regulatory requirements.
