Residential Sales Manager

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking a Residential Sales Manager to support their residential sales team and ensure a smooth, efficient sales process from lead to close. The ideal candidate will provide functional oversight of the SES residential pipeline and provide leadership and direction in managing sales administration processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or high-level administrative experience
• Strong experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in renewable energy or construction industries preferred but not required
