Job Description
Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of providing clean, sustainable energy to homes, businesses, and communities throughout the tri-state region and beyond.
Requirements
- Install, assemble, and mount solar PV racking systems, panels, and inverters
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar installations
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine optimal placement and layout of panel arrays
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and repair solar energy systems as needed
- Assist in the commissioning and testing of installed systems
