Director, Development

Solar Landscape is a leading commercial rooftop solar developer seeking a Director of Development to lead and manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure project delivery. The role requires a self-starter and strategic thinker with deep experience in managing client relationships and excellent leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, project development or management consulting
• Strong understanding of solar project development lifecycles
• Leadership ability and comfortable driving high-visibility projects
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, self-starter
• Experience managing client relationships at large companies
• Knowledge of sustainability related topics including Solar Energy and ESG topics and trends
• Well-versed in MS Office suite
