Job Description
Solar Landscape is hiring a Director, Strategic Transactions to lead the execution of complex, high-impact commercial transactions supporting the company's expansion into new markets and new partnership models across the United States.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in transaction execution roles at a renewable energy developer, IPP, infrastructure investor, or similar organization
- Extensive experience negotiating PPAs and other long-term offtake or commercial energy agreements
- Demonstrated experience executing asset sales, portfolio divestments, or structured transactions
- Strong understanding of distributed and front-of-meter power project development and economics
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
