Job Description
Solar Landscape is hiring a Principal Project Engineer, Engineering Standards to establish and manage the company's engineering standards, specifications, and best practices. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, evaluate, and continuously improve processes across project phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
- 5+ years project management experience and/or engineering background in Solar
- Familiarity with solar energy systems, EPC best practices, quality, and safety protocols
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Dynamics 365, AutoCAD, PVSYST, Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter
