Procurement Analyst

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team at Solar Landscape. This role supports the end-to-end procurement process, helping ensure materials and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and aligned with project timelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, procurement, or operations through work experience, internships, or academic projects
• Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Prior data management and reporting experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, ‘will-do’ attitude
• Strong organizational skills with a creative approach to solving logistical challenges
