Job Description
Solar Landscape is a leading commercial rooftop solar developer seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of their projects. This role involves managing project planning, budgeting, procurement, construction, scheduling, reporting, and risk mitigation, requiring leadership and technical guidance. Requirements
- Plan, budget, and manage PV projects of moderate to large complexity.
- Coordinate design and permitting activities.
- Manage Quality Control and implementation of Site Specific Health and Safety Plans.
- Schedule and manage construction schedules.
- Develop/implement Construction Plans & Schedules.
- Train Foremen on Pre-planning, surveying, construction methods.
- Manage and supervise project team.
- Provide status reports to Senior Management.
