Solar Provider Group is a leading company in the field of renewable energies. We are looking for a versatile personality who takes over People, Culture & Accounting in a dual role.
Requirements
- Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or comparable
- 3-5 years of experience in a combined HR/Accounting role, ideally in a dynamic environment
- Fundament knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- Secure application of accounting principles, reporting, and common software (e.g. SAP, QuickBooks)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented working method
- Good MS-Office skills
- Confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
- Language skills: German at mother tongue level (C2), English fluent (C1)
