The Logistic Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, transportation and supply chain processes to meet project requirements. The role also involves ensuring storekeepers are regularly briefed, supervised and trained, and that health, safety and security in the workplace are upheld at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management or Supply Chain or equivalent
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented candidate with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- A strong team player, excellent negotiation and effective communication skill in dealing with the supply chain
- Candidate with experiences in stock control are encouraged to apply
- Good organization skills are required as on the organization people, stock and budgets whilst planning for the future
- Able to work and adhere to tight deadlines, able to do multi-task and work in fast pace environment
- Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays if required
- Possess valid driving license D, and able to travel
