Operation & Maintenance Technician (Sitiawan, Perak)

Responsible for all electrical systems and civil works in the solar PV plant to ensure compliance to regulations and enhance system health. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on solar PV systems, attend to electrical breakdowns, and establish proper documentation.

Requirements

• Possess 1 year of working experience in an environment involving operation and controlling low voltage electrical equipment.
• Possess sufficient knowledge and skills in wiring for LV installation.
• Extensive knowledge on electrical theory and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Possess sufficient knowledge of the Electricity Supply Act 1990 and its regulations.
• Possess valid Chargeman A0/A1 certificate from Energy Commission (ST) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Good in computer literate.
• Customer oriented, independent, and good interpersonal skills.
• Possess valid driving license D and able to base in Sitiawan, Perak.
• Willing to relocate to Batu Gajah, Kerian or Penang.
• Good communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbally as well as written).
• Physically and mentally strong and fit.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
