Operational Core Responsibilities include planning and scheduling rooftop solar maintenance activities, ensuring effective and timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, and communicating maintenance outcomes to Customer Service. Department Support Roles include providing technical and non-technical support for internal process improvements, gathering feedback and evidence of design failures, and supporting internal programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines
- Experience in electrical installations or maintenance of solar PV projects will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of rooftop solar PV systems, including design, components, troubleshooting, and compliance with performance and safety standards
- Ability to prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, oversee field service teams, and ensure timely, quality execution aligned with SLAs
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and document maintenance results through accurate technical reports
- Proven capability to lead and guide technicians and assistant engineers in daily operations, training, and field discipline
- Ability to evaluate issues on-site and make appropriate technical and operational decisions with sound judgment and proper escalation when required
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and adherence to regulatory and internal safety standards
- Commitment to following SOPs, maintenance operating standards (MOS), and company procedures consistently
