Project Engineer

Drive end-to-end project process, conduct site surveys, coordinate with designers and subcontractors, and work with internal and external parties for solar PV system installation and grid interconnection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ project management experience, preferably in solar PV, renewable energy, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV system design, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience with ERP systems, contractor management, and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with local authorities, licensing, and grid interconnection.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong can-do attitude.
