Wind Development Manager

The Wind Development Manager will drive Solarvest's strategic expansion into the wind energy sector, supporting the full development cycle of onshore and offshore wind projects from early-stage site identification to commercial operation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project development, EPCC, renewable energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects (wind experience is an advantage).
• Strong technical understanding of project engineering concepts, permitting processes, and development workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, stakeholder meetings, and project evaluations.
