Infusion Nurse I

Soleo Health is seeking a Full time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Dublin, OH and surrounding areas. The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for assigned patients including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy and/or related nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.

Requirements

• Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing - Single state Ohio
• RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred
• Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid state issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions on that license
