Job Description
Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Patient Care Coordinator - LPN to support specialty infusion patients in Sharon Hill, PA. The role requires skill in planning, organizing, and coordinating the delivery of patient care by all staff personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse License
- Prior healthcare scheduling experience required
- Home infusion experience required
- Ability to work on-site and interact directly with patients in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
