Operations Director, Pharma Relations

Soleo Health is seeking an Operations Director of Pharma Relations to build and drive the operational infrastructure that enables efficient, high-quality execution across the full lifecycle of pharma-related proposals, contracting, and program implementation. The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, managing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency for the Pharma Relations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, public policy, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare or specialty pharmacy, with direct involvement in contracting, RFP/proposal development, and project management.
• Strong technical and business writing skills, with the ability to translate clinical, regulatory, and operational concepts into clear, evaluator-ready documentation.
