Lead SDET

Lead Software Development Engineer in Test who leads the design, development, and delivery of automation test frameworks for our next generation software platform.

Requirements

• BS in Computer science or related field or 8 years of technical experience as an SDET or similar role
• 6+ years of applied professional experience in an object-oriented programming language
• Knowledge and experience in complete development lifecycle, including code standards/reviews, source control processes, building and testing
• Experience developing tests through Appium and Selenium libraries
• Experience designing and implementing tests for mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and scaling test automation frameworks with a focus on extensibility, scalability, maintainability, and high performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels
• Experience with Selenium, Java or DotNet, AI/ML, Mobile, API, DevOps driven testing platforms and predictive analytics
• Ability to take a proactive, problem-solving/trouble-shooting approach to identifying and solving problems
