Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide support to the EMEA Legal Team in managing and administering the legal and commercial department, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and minimizing risk to the business.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Spanish law, preferably in the field of employment law and/or commercial law
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in reviewing international contracts, preferably in a software and/or international company
• Demonstrated experience advising on Spanish and Portuguese employment law
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent judgment and business acumen with well-developed communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
