Job Description
The role of Accounting Manager involves leading a team through month end close, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations, requiring a strong understanding of accounting functions, practices, and US GAAP principles, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 10+ years professional accounting experience
- Strong understanding and knowledge of general accounting functions, practices, and US GAAP principles
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
