Job Description
Solera is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly technical, and a strong collaborator.
Requirements
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions
- Influence and evolve the organization's technology strategy and architecture
- Provide deep technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers across multiple teams
- Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives while ensuring high-quality delivery
- Conduct and lead code and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards, patterns, and strategic goals
- Drive root-cause analysis and lead rapid resolution of production issues and incidents
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specs, and implementation guides
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Take technical ownership of the most challenging and critical engineering initiatives
