Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our team focused on accelerating development and re-architecting platforms using advanced AI tools. The role involves building reliable systems that integrate large language models, leveraging AI tools, and designing scalable CDP architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience in software development with strong data management background.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with Large Language Models (LLMs), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), as well as tuning models.
• Experience in working with/Building CDPs which contribute to the development, enhancement, and scaling of high-quality products (product lifecycle management).
• MLOps: Proficiency in managing the model lifecycle using MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
• Experience with using LLMs using embeddings, RAG, VectorDB and prompt engineering building production grade applications.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, Web API, Entity Framework Core.
