Job Description
Solera is seeking a seasoned QA engineering manager to lead a team of talented QA engineers in the design, development, and delivery of high-performance analytics engines and vehicle event analysis engines. The successful candidate will have experience in leading QA teams, Agile environments, and enterprise customers on large-scale projects.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related technical degree
- 1+ years of professional experience as a quality assurance manager in an agile environment
- More than 10 years of career experience in the QA field
- Experience with AI/ML-driven testing platforms and predictive analytics
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, concepts, verification/validation techniques, and test management
