Job Description
The Lead SDET is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of automation test frameworks for Solera's next generation software platform. The successful candidate will provide technical automation leadership as part of the Software QA Team and is accountable for all aspects of the QA process.
Requirements
- BS in Computer science or related field or 10 years of technical experience as an SDET or similar role
- 8+ years of applied professional experience in an object-oriented programming language
- Experience developing and testing in C# or Java
- Experience designing and implementing tests for mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Strong experience in developing and implementing End-to- End test strategies
- Prior work experience and understanding of Agile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels
