Job Description
The Senior Accountant role involves managing payroll-related general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payroll journal entry processing and balance sheet reconciliations. This requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting principles. The role involves preparing monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, researching and explaining monthly variances, and ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial statement schedules in accordance with US GAAP and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Master's degree and CPA preferred
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in payroll accounting and general ledger management
- Prior experience in a global organization strongly preferred
- Prior experience in the SaaS industry preferred
- Prior experience with ADP / Dynamics AX / D365 / Cognos preferred
