Quality Engineer I/II

Solid Power is seeking a Quality Engineer I/II to support and improve manufacturing and quality initiatives by applying developing professional expertise to resolve a variety of issues for our solid-state electrolyte and battery cell pilot lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or quality
• Ability to apply company policies, procedures, and standard practices
• Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with quality tools (e.g., Pareto, 5-Why, fishbone), data analysis in Excel, and statistical software (Minitab/JMP)
• Hands-on experience with laboratory and/or manufacturing testing (chemical, mechanical and electrical)
• Ability to work on-site at our Louisville and/or Thornton, Colorado facilities
