Solid Power is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join its team. The role will support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as providing financial insights to support key business decisions.
Requirements
- Support the annual budgeting process, partnering with department leaders to develop and consolidate departmental budgets.
- Lead the quarterly forecasting process, updating financial projections based on business performance, evolving assumptions and feedback from business units.
- Support the company's long-range financial plan, including scenario modeling to evaluate business opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly management reports to leadership, including performance dashboards, variance analyses and executive summaries.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting packagesâincluding P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysesâfor presentation to executive management and the Board of Directors.
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth.
- Support complex financial modeling for business ventures, revenue projections and product cost.
- Collaborate with accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Utilize financial systems and data tools to improve FP&A processes, including reporting accuracy and process efficiency (dashboard reporting, automation of processes, etc.).
