Automation Manager, Operations

Role Overview

As an Automation Manager, you will identify, design, and implement automation solutions across business processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize operational performance. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation, develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as RPA, scripting, or workflow automation platforms, and monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in automation in the Igaming industry, process improvement, or technology implementation
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Python scripting, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple departments
• Knowledge of process mapping, workflow optimization, and change management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
