Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of enterprise software solutions in a secure, cloud-hosted environment. The Business Analyst will work closely with government stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and data teams to translate mission and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for Agile development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or software development projects.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and web application architectures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
